You may already be familiar with ODT Business Interiors from our previous blog post on their fit-out for Matchtech Group Plc and now they are busy helping the YOU company in Fareham. YOU, formerly known as the Southern Focus Trust, have been voted one of the Top 100 companies to work for by The Sunday Times and assists individuals living independently. When moving to their headquarters near Portsmouth, YOU enlisted the assistance of ODT Business Interiors to fulfil their design brief.
Approximately 30 staff moved to the south wing of Admiral House at 43 High Street in Fareham. The empty shell was transformed in just over four weeks into a welcoming haven for its staff and clients. It was important for ODT Business Interiors to communicate a comfortable environment which would be in-keeping with the aims of the company. Services provided by YOU include budgeting, confidence-building and the development of cooking skills for those in need of support.
The five-figure fit-out will undoubtedly provide a confidence boost to the company itself, with over 450 employees across 50 sites linked to the headquarters. Jonathan Crutchfield, director of corporate and property services at YOU, said of the renovation: “The fit-out by Andrew’s team was carried out professionally, on schedule and at a competitive price, creating an office environment that is smart, functional, welcoming and reassuring, reflecting our core brand values.” He added, “They delivered on everything from start to finish, which meant our relocation went smoothly.”
