Based in Bristol and Exeter, Utopia are a fit-out company who specialise in “The Great Indoors”, creating innovative, stylish and functional workspaces for their clients. Their services have transformed offices with top to toe refurbishments, breathing new life into office spaces and making their design dreams a reality.
Companies that have been given the Utopia experience include CIP Solicitors, mobile communications company iAnywhere and Burleigh Press. As the largest speciality insurers in the South West region, CIP Solicitors required a bespoke fit out for an office relocation of 85 staff. Their new office space in the South Plaza was fitted out to reflect their growing company and to unify the expanding departments.
When iAnywhere needed a bright new office, Utopia took on the challenge head on and established a vibrant, fun and creative environment at 10 Queen Square with the goal of designing “an interior that makes everyone smile and connect”. Robert Youngman of parent company Sybase was delighted with the results of the “outstanding project” adding “they paid attention to detail, freely volunteering information which built our confidence that they could deliver a very successful fit out and relocation in very short time scale”.
Similarly, Burleigh Press called their fit out experience with Utopia a “massive success” integrating both ergonomic furniture with functional spaces and stylish interiors. The 4000sq ft open plan office area delineated zones for particular staff departments and offered Burleigh Press “an efficient use of space and a stimulating environment”.
