Ealing Post Office maximise relocation opportunities
Have you considered how your office move could be an opportunity for strategic company improvement?
A Post Office in Ealing, Greater London, is set to undergo an relocation to a nearby WHSmith outlet by August of this year and in doing so, the company could soon reap the benefits of a timely move.
At present, the office and retail move is still in the planning stage, but company officials are keen to implement the relocation from Ealing High Street to The Broadway. The decision to move could come at the right time for the Post Office and could potentially help it to streamline and consolidate services with its business partner.
In moving to new accommodation that ties in with the wider company acquisition, the Post Office will be in prime position to hit the ground running with the retailer.
Network Development Manager, Mark Lawrence, stated in a letter to customers, "The relocation of Post Office Ealing service allows us to maintain access to Post Office services in Ealing and to significantly improve existing facilities.”
As a result the move will allow the Post Office to improve their retail outlet and back-room offices, whilst joining forces with the high-street stationer.
Area Manager for WHSmith, Lee James, said of the merger, "We are looking forward to working in partnership with Post Office Ltd to provide Post Office services for the local community and to bringing an improved service to Ealing."
Clever combination of company interests with expansion have allowed the Post Office to maximise on their relocation. It is within the grasp of every business to view relocation as an opportunity to be constructive and generate opportunities from moving office.
