Project managing an office move is by no means easy! It’s a huge responsibility that requires time, dedication and excellent organisation.  They’ll be budgets to prepare, a new office to find, removals to organise and on top of everything else you’ll need to continue with your usual day-to-day responsibilities at the same time.

By following these simple steps, planning an office move project will be a whole lot easier and you’ll soon begin to feel less overwhelmed by the whole thing.

1. Get Organised
