King Sturge appoints senior associate for office agency team
A new appointment for property specialists King Sturge as they appoint Chris Barrs
Commercial property experts King Sturge have appointed Chris Barrs to take the role of senior associate in their South East office agency team. Barrs will become an important figure in the South East region for office agency following his previous appointment at Campbell Gordon.
The areas to come under Barrs’ remit include Bracknell, Maidenhead, Slough and Reading where he will oversee the office market activity. Further changes have occurred in the office structure with Piers Leigh taking the position of partner for South East offices. Consultancy in the region will continue to be the responsibility of Michael Pearce.
Mr Barrs was previously at Campbell Gordon where he acted on behalf of commercial property owners in the Thames Valley area. His clients included investment and life insurance company Scottish Widows, investment management company Threadneedle, global financial firm ING, investment and outsourcing company Mapeley and fund, asset and property manager Prupim.
King Sturge provide a wide range commercial property agency services from building consultancy, business recovery, development consultancy, office agency and property auctions. The office agency services that Barrs will be conducting in the South East includes leasing, tenant rep, development consultancy and office market research.
