With so many things to remember when you move office, this list suggests all kinds of things you might need to help you get settled in your new office.

Consider whether your current business phone system needs replacing, and whether it meets your future growth capacity in your new office. Order any new phone lines well in advance.
Office Furniture
Decide what office furniture you are taking with you and what needs to be bought new. Ask your Office fit-out Company to advise you on what office furniture will best suit your new office design.
Office Design Essentials
Don’t forget to include office fit-out essentials such as storage units, coat racks and stationery cupboards.
Kitchen Essentials
Get well stocked with milk, tea and coffee as well as some cold refreshments for your office removals team when they arrive at the new office.
We've Moved Signage
Put a “We’ve Moved” sign up on the old office and details of your new address.
Floor Plans
Keep copies of the new floor plan at the new location so your office removals know exactly where everything should go and staff can easily find their new workstation.
