An Office Relocation Strategy should include your reasons for wanting to relocate your business, a review of your overall business objectives to see if the timing is right to relocate, and an Office Relocation Brief so that you understand what your new office requirements are.

Having a clear and well thought-out Office Relocation Strategy will influence your choice of office space, help to settle on a realistic Moving Office Budget, and will help you to determine the right timescales for the office relocation.

Every business considering an office relocation should start by asking themselves the following: -

  • What are the main reasons for relocating the business? More/less space, location, change in working methods, costs
  • What are the implications for moving the business?
