The process of choosing the right office space can be complex, time consuming and even confusing.  And is there any such thing as the ideal office space?   • Location: Is it in the right location? Decide which area (s) are going to be best for your business?
  • Timeframe: Is it available for when you want to move in?

  • Are there any restrictions about how you can redecorate or fit out the office space?
  • What’s the neighbourhood like and do the nearby facilities satisfy the needs for your staff and clients?
  • How much car parking do you need?
  • Does the office have adequate IT & Telecoms requirements for your business?
