Finding the right office for your start-up business may be a priority in order to give your business the right productive environment for your start-up business to flourish.

As a start-up business, you'll no doubt be looking for office space which is both cost-effective and flexible, and there are many options available to you depending on your aspirations and potential for future growth. As a first point of call, consult with a local Commercial Property Agent who will be able narrow down the options available to you. A small, low cost office space with a flexible shorter office lease may be just what your business needs to get started - and a good Property Agent will be able to help you find exactly that.  If you are not ready as a start-up business to rent your own office space, you might consider subleasing office space, or even renting desk space through a serviced office provider. 

Whatever office space you choose to rent, make sure you take legal advice from a Property Solicitor before you sign over any legal document relating to your office space.  A Commercial Office Lease is usually your startup company's first big contract - and probably the most costly expenditure your business is likely to undertake - so don't take any chances as far as taking care of your company's legal interests.
