Take a breath of fresh air in your office
When you are organising your office systems, make sure you get the air quality right
If you are setting up new systems in your office you will want to ensure that you are creating exactly the right environment. One of the best ways to do so is to make sure that you have carefully controlled the air quality in your new space. Making just a few simple checks can make a huge difference to your experience of your office setting:
- Check to see whether you have any blocked vents that might be cutting off air supply to your office.
- Bring in a bit of greenery into the office – plants can really improve the quality of the air as well as cheering up staff with a splash of colour.
- Keep your kitchen areas clean and tidy and make sure you eliminate odours from food. If you don’t have a cafeteria area in your work place, it might be worthwhile to create a designated area for staff to eat their lunch in so that food smells are contained.
- Ensure that bins and wastepaper baskets are emptied on a regular basis.
